Electronic Lab Interfacing
When using a lab interface in SynaMed, lab results are sent automatically to appropriate patients' charts. These results are highlighted if they fall outside normal reference ranges. SynaMed can interface with a variety of lab systems and support many messaging types, including all industry standard formats. The system supports both unidirectional and bidirectional lab interfaces from hospital or standalone laboratories.
