1. How is this better than the basic Web-based model?
SynaServer gives users uninterrupted access to their records regardless of the status of their internet connection. Your in-house server constantly and seamlessly synchronizes with our secure servers. Therefore, your data is available in your office even if your internet is down and is also available at any other computer with an internet connection.

2. Do I need an IT person to maintain the server?
No. We will send you a server with the appropriate software preloaded on it. A server is simply a powerful computer and can be set up and run like a conventional desktop PC.

3. What if my server malfunctions?
If something happens to your server, you can send it back to us and we will replace it with a working unit free of charge.

4. Where are my files stored?
Your files are stored on your local server and on our remote servers. This gives you access from anywhere while ensuring that your files are available at your convenience in your office.

5. How is this better than the client-server model?
SynaServer gives you the benefits of a client-server solution while simultaneously giving universal access to the system from anywhere with an internet connection. While some client-server models give basic ASP functionality, these systems are not designed for the web and are cumbersome.
