Benefits of SynaServer
SynaServer is SynaMed’s service option that allows providers to store their data right in their own office. SynaServer increases the speed and reliability of the SynaMed system.

Hardware
Providers who choose to enroll in this service will receive their own server that will run SynaMed and store all of their data. Because the data resides in the provider’s office, there will be no system downtime due to internet outages or slowness.

Synchronization with SynaMed Servers
The provider’s data will also be backed-up on SynaMed’s own off-site servers. The in-office server will constantly synchronize with SynaMed’s servers in order to keep data both up-to-date and backed up at all times. Because the data is stored on SynaMed’s servers in addition to the practice’s in-office servers, providers will be able to access their data from any location via the internet.
