Purpose: This feature allows the user to view all the incomplete or completed notes.

Dropdowns |
Description |
| View |
This dropdown includes three options “incomplete”, “completed” and “ALL”. The user can set the view to any of these options.

| Date |
This dropdown includes two options “Today” and “Date Range”. If the user selects “Today” from the dropdown, the system will pull up all of the incomplete/completed notes from today. On the other hand, if the user selects “Date Range” from the drop down, the system will prompt the user to enter a date range.
|
| Service Provider |
This dropdown includes all the service provides from the user's group. When a service provide is selected from this dropdown, the system will pull up this service provider’s incomplete/completed office notes.

Buttons |
Description |
| Delete Office Notes/Procedures |
This button allows the user to complete an office note/Procedure from the list. Note: Permission is required to perform this task.

To view the incomplete/completed notes:
-
Selected the type of notes you wish to view from the “View” dropdown.

Selected an option from the “Date” dropdown. Note: If you select “Date Rage” from the “Date” dropdown, the system will prompt you to enter a “From” and a “To” date.

Select the service provider from the “Service Provider” dropdown.

Click the “Update” button.
 
To delete the incomplete/completed note from the list:
-
Click the “delete” check box next to the note you wish to delete. Note: the user is allowed to select multiple notes to be deleted.

Click the “Delete Office Notes” button.
 
To complete the incomplete/complete note from the list:
-
Click the “Complete Office Notes” check box next to the note you wish to complete. Note: the user is allowed to select multiple notes to be completed.

Click the “Complete Office Notes” button.
 
To access the incomplete/complete from this page:
-
Click on the “Service Date” or the “Service Provider” of the note you wish to access.
-
The system will bring you to the appropriate note.
 
To view the incomplete/complete note:
-
Click “View”.
