Purpose: This page is for creating custom claim forms. System templates are system-level templates that were created by Synamed e.g. (like standard HCFA) and group templates are those that the user created. Clicking on the "New Template" button allows the user to specify the properties of a new template. Once this is saved, the user can use the "Edit Group Template Content" button to design the template, which is nothing more than selecting the appropriate fields and specifying the x, y offsets of the fields. The user can optionally copy from an existing system template and edit the fields individually. ### |
