To save a new printer setting:
Make sure you follow the directions for printing HCFAs first (link to appropriate section in paper billing help file)
If the HCFA is still offline, physically measure how much the HCFA is off by, both horizontally and vertically (in millimeter)
In the "Customize Claim Printer Preference" page, enter a name for your printer setting (e.g. "My HCFA Printer")
Enter the x-offset (horizontal) and y-offset (vertical) that you measured
(turn this into a table)
click on "Save As New" to save the setting Example: you noticed that all the fields on your HCFAs are shifted 3mm to the right and 2mm down

To edit an existing printer setting:
Select the setting from the list of available settings, this would load up the setting info automatically
Change the Name, X-offset, and Y-offset as necessary
Click on "Save" to update the setting

To make a default printer setting:
Select the setting from the list of available settings
Click on "Make Default"

To delete a default printer setting
Select the setting from the list of available settings
Click on "Delete"

To use a printer setting
Once you have one or more printer setting(s) saved, you'll be able to select which printer to use before you generate HCFAs (link to appropriate sections in ledger and paper billing)
