NOTE: Office visit information is saved every time you move onto a new tab or by clicking "Save and Go To Patient Menu". You may experience multiple listings of the same visit for a day. Select the session that you might have digressed from earlier and continue with that session. All other sessions for that day can be ignored or marked for deletion. Please exercise precaution when deleting office visit(s).

Functional Items Description
Subjective ] The Subjective section is user maintained. This is the tab where you enter your subjective using the templates you have created by filling in the blanks.
ROS ] The ROS (Record a Symptom) section is also user maintained.
PMH ] PMH (Past Medical History) allows you to list medical and surgical history, as well as define Social and Family History.
Allergies ] Patient's medicine allergies are listed in here. To add an allergy you must put in a reaction.
Physical Exam ] Patient's physical exam results are listed here. You can provide additional information if necessary.
Lab and Procedures ] This section enables you to add Blood Test results and Procedure results.
Diagnosis ] Diagnosis suggests certain diagnoses tagged with ICD9 codes based on the symptoms chosen in the ROS, the types of medication the patient is currently on, and from the Physical Exam.
Medication ] The patient's medication history is listed here. You are allowed to add and modify the medications for the patient.
A/P ] A/P (Assessment and Planning) summarizes and formats all patient information for a particular office visit. You will also be allowed to print from this page.
