To customize your view:

  1. Select which columns you’d like to include in your report by highlighting them from the “Unselected Columns” box.

  2. Move them over to the “Selected Columns” box by using the right arrow.

  3. Within the “Selected Columns” box, you can change the order of the columns by using the up/down arrows to the right. Just highlight the item you wish to move, then use the arrows to change the positioning.

  4. You may also organize your report by selecting elements into the “Group by” box. This will divide your report into sections. For example, if I select “Rendering Doctor” then “Date of Service” into the “Group By” box, the report will first be segmented by doctor, then by DOS. The “Sort by” column will sort the lowest grouping by whatever element you choose.

  5. Once you have finished customizing your setting, click on “Save”.

Note:The “Let Cells Wrap” feature will help you to minimize the amount of horizontal space that is taken up by the report, so you won’t have to scroll left/right as much.
