[ Group Settings ] This is where basic Group Information can be set and changed.
Maintain Users ] This feature allows you to create new users, delete or update existing users and maintain the rights of the users.
[ Maintain Provider Profiles ] This section is where information about each user can be edited.
[ Maintain Users' Calendar Preferences ] This section is where each users Calendar Preferences can be set and edited.
[ Maintain Roles ] This section is where the permissions of different users can be set and edited.
[ Maintain Permissions In Bulk ] This section is where the roles between providers and staff can be assigned and individual permissions can be set and edited.
[ Facilities ] This section is where information about your facility can be changed and where new facilities can be added.
[ Current Version ] This opens a window which states what version of SynaMed is running, the server which it is running on, and the current time.
Group Template Properties ] Group wide customization for ROS and P/E are located here. After adding new categories, you must have individual users activate the categories in their own custom settings menu.
[ Group Submitter Ids ] Maintain Group Clearinghouse Submitter IDs here.
[ Group Network Ids ] Maintain Group Network IDs here.
[ Maintain Provider Ids ] Maintain individual user IDs here.
[ Group Batch Management ] Choose which style of batching is desired.
View Audit Trail ] You are able to view the log of certain actions and action time of the users. For example the time a particular user logged into the site and the time that user created a new patient.
[ Archive Data ] To archive all patient data in your practice group, use this option.
[ Import Patients ] Upload patient information from a spreadsheet.
[ Maintain Group Logo ] Upload a logo from your practice.
