Users
This menu adheres to a hierarchy: The group owner (first person in the
group), Group Administrators, and physicians and staff members.
|
User Class |
Description |
| Group Owner |
This person is the only person who
can change the status of a group administrator, rights of group
administrator regarding himself, and everyone else. This person can also
reset anyone's password. |
| Group Administrators |
Group administrators can only
reset someone else's password only if that user is not a group administrator
or group owner. Group administrators who want a password reset, for
instance, will have to contact the group owner. Group Administrators could,
however, reactivate another group administrator if that group administrator
has been locked out. Group administrators
cannot edit rights of another group administrator that's a physician. He can
only promote someone to group administrator. Once a user is promoted to a
group administrator, the only way to demote that user is to have the group
owner demote the user. Group administrators, other than the group owner,
can also change the way their names are displayed. |
| Physicians |
Physicians cannot assign rights
for himself. Only a group administrator can. If this physician is already a
group administrator, only the group owner can. |
| Staff Members |
Anyone in this group can be a
group administrator, in case Physicians are too busy to administer the
group. |
