Purpose: Allows the user to edit, delete and add insurance.

This button allows the user to edit insurance.

This button allows the user to delete insurance.

This button allows the user to add insurance.

This button will bring the user back to the previous page.

Edit insurance:

From the “Edit” dropdown selected the type of insurance you wish to edit.

If the insurance is in the system, it will show up in the box below the “Edit” dropdown. Select the insurance and click the “Edit” button.

Depending on the item you select from the “Edit” drop down, the system will either bring you to another page or will have the information appear below the box. If the system brings you to another page, there will be three buttons on this page, “Insurance Maintenance”, “Save” and “Clear”. The “Insurance Maintenance” button will bring the user to the “Insurance Maintenance” page when clicked. The “Save” button will save the all the information on this page when clicked. The “Clear” button will clear all the fields in this page when clicked. On this page you can edit the insurance information. If the information appears below the box, you can edit the information directly from this page.

Click the “Save” button to save the changes.
Delete insurance:

From the “Edit” dropdown, select the type of insurance you wish to delete.

If the insurance is in the system, it will show up in the box below the “Edit” dropdown. Select the insurance and click the “Delete” button. The insurance you deleted show not appear in the box anymore.
Add insurance

From the “Edit” dropdown selected the type of insurance you wish to add.

Click the “Add” button.
