| Functional Items | Description |

| Add New Element | You can add more items to the dropdown list by clicking this button. |
| Update | Select an element, then click update will allow you to tag ICD9 codes to the element, which in turn helps the SynaMed's AI determine |
| Delete | To remove an element in the dropdown list, select the element and click delete. |
| Make Default / Normal | Making an element default will move the element to the top of the list. |
