You can customize organs by clicking the appropriate buttons. The items on this list will only appear in the ROS section of an Office Visit only if you enable the set of organs in the previous screen. Your patient gender also determines the display of active organs unless the organ is selected to appear for both genders.

| [ Add ] | Once a organ is selected, you can add more items to the organ. |
| [ Update ] | Once a organ is selected, you can update the organs. |
| Delete | Be aware that once you delete a organ list, there is no way to undelete the list you created. The dropdown items associated with the organs and sub-organs are not deleted as a result of deleting organs. |
