To pull up a patient record, you can search by their First Name, Last Name, SSN, Telephone Number, MRN (medical record number) Number, or Referring Doctor in any combination. If the patient is not listed, you will have the option of creating a new patient or search again at the [ Patient Search Results Page ].
Note: 'Clicking' on Search without filling
in any fields will return all patients within the practice group.

| MRN | MRN number stands for "Medical Record Number". Each patient has a unique MRN ID number. If the MRN field is blank when creating a new patient record this number is automatically assigned to the patient. |
