Purpose: This page allows the user to add a provider favorite medications and diagnosis.

Buttons Description
Add Medications This button allows the user to add a favorite medication to the medication list.
Delete Selected Medications This button allows the user to delete a medication from the medication list.
Add Diagnosis This button allows the user to add a favorite diagnosis to the diagnosis list.
Remove Selected Diagnosis This button allow the user to delete a diagnosis from the diagnosis list.
Save This button allows the user to save the information on this page.

Adding medications to the list:

  1. From the “Provider” dropdown select the provider you wish to add the medication for.

  2. Click the “Add Medication” button. An “Add Medications” pop-up will appear.

  3. In the search field enter the medication you wish to add and click the “Search” button.

  4. The medications that match your input will appear in the “Search Results”. In the “Search Result” box select the medications you wish to add by highlighting it. Note: You are allowed to select multiple medications. To select multiple medications, hold down the “Ctrl” key and click the medications you wish to select.

  5. Click the arrow button to place the selected medication into the “Selected” box. You can remove a medication from the “Selected” box by highlighting the medication and then click the “Remove Selected” button.

  6. Click the “Submit” button. To cancel, click the “Cancel” button.

  7. The medications you wish to add will appear in the medication list.

These medications will show up in the “Meds Search Result” dropdown. To access this dropdown, go into a patient note, click the “Medication” tab then click the “CreateRx” or the “Add Pre Existing” button.

Adding diagnosis to the list:

  1. From the “Provider” dropdown select the provider you wish to add the diagnosis for.

  2. Click the “Add Diagnosis” button. An “Add Diagnosis” pop-up will appear.

  3. Select the type of code you wish to use.

  4. In the search field enter the diagnosis you wish to add and click the “Search” button.

  5. The diagnoses that match your input will appear in the “Search Results”. In the “Search Result” box select the diagnosis you wish to add by highlighting it. Note: You are allowed to select multiple diagnoses. To select multiple diagnoses, hold down the “Ctrl” key and click the diagnoses you wish to select.

  6. Click the arrow button to place the selected diagnoses into the “Selected” box. You can remove diagnoses from the “Selected” box by highlighting the diagnoses and then click the “Remove Selected” button.

  7. Click the “Submit” button. To cancel, click the “Cancel” button.

  8. The diagnoses you wish to add will appear in the medication list.

These diagnoses will show up in the “Add Diagnosis” popup. To access this popup, go into a patient note, click the “Diagnosis” tab then click on “Add”.
