All patient office visit sessions are logged in Audit Trail, which can be viewed in Group Administration. It is important that office visits for a patient is monitored carefully because duplicate entries can appear in case an office visit session is accidentally terminated.

IMPORTANT:

For physicians only: You cannot view other physician notes. Only staff members can view multiple physician notes.

Note: You can print a patient note from this menu directly by clicking Print. You will see a pop up window prompting you for a password. Please use your login password to access the PDF printout preview.

Notes:

1. Clicking on any links in a row will bring you to the same [ Office Visit ].
2. Office visits with status marked as complete will be read-only. No modifications are allowed.
