There are three possible values for each box: positive, negative and null. Only positive and negative findings will print in the printout.

Tips:

  • To quickly mark off the entire section as negative or to clear all, use the [ Negate All ]  or the [ Clear All ]  options at the top of this section
  • To quickly mark all negative or all clear for a specific section, click [ Negate All ]  or the [ Clear All ] in the respective sections.

More Symptoms

You may add more symptoms on the fly only for the current patient note by typing in the symptoms in the "More Symptoms" text box. Multiple symptoms can be added simply by separating each symptom with a comma.

You can also append a "+" or a "-" before the symptom in "More Symptoms" if you want the application to fill in the check box for you. Simply typing in the name of the symptom will mark the symptom as positive by default. Spaces in between words are fine.

To delete any items you specified with "More Symptoms", change the status of the checkbox to null and click on the ROS tab again.
