Purpose: Allows the user to print out a superbill.

Printing out superbill:

1. Select the facility from the “Facility” dropdown.

2. Select the encounter form you wish to print out from the “Encounter Form” dropdown.

3. In the “Length To Truncate Icd9’s” field enter the length to truncate Icd9s.

4. In the “Patient(s)” dropdown select the type of patients you wish to print.

5. Click the “print” button
